Big Grin New at MinGW! How to use it? - 06-04-2009

Hello,

I installed the latest version of Mingw (full). Now I am trying to compile a librar. The instructions say :

./configure --with-our-malloc16 --with-windows-f77-mangling --enable-shared --disable-static --enable-threads --with-combined-threads --enable-portable-binary --enable-sse2
make
make install
What are the equivalent commands for these lines?

Normally you'll get a command line with mingw (msys was it?), you'll need to open that and then go into the library source directory, from where you can run those commands. I'll admit it's been a while since I dipped into mingw, so I'm not sure if anything else needs setting up, or if the installer will do it all for you.
