Default BotAim 2 settings... - 22-04-2006

Wow, lots of cvars.

Just curious if anyone has tried changing the settings?

Maybe it's just me, but i'm not 100% clear on
which values should be increased/decreased to make
the aiming deadlier....

you can experiment with this application (windows) http://filebase.bots-united.com/inde...on=file&id=246 w hile there is a long discussion in thread http://forums.bots-united.com/showthread.php?t=3330 that contains this program in first post (podbot beta V3 now contains the botaim2 from RACC)

there you can set variables , make sure you will not get any oscillations otherwise bots will start to rock wit their heads

the actual aiming is good as far as i remeber, you may try to set less dampness, so they will aim a bit faster

try not to change in the app the time interval on the left, otherwise you will get different results in progrma and in game

when you get some values just move with the pabr on top and see the reaction of aiming

a working link here: http://forums.bots-united.com/showthread.php?t=3330

I also pointed out there how to get the nonoscillating configuration for some given paramters. for actual gameplay it might be a bit oscillating, since the players are moving anyway.
