Server testers needed. Apply within...

I am looking for some feedback on my server. The IP is 66.69.69.73:27015. The feedback I need is: how bad the lag is, how smooth it runs, etc. from a clients POV.

Just FYI, the servers specs are:

P3-500
384 MB RAM
GeForce 2 MX 64 MB PCI
on board sound
Redhat Enterprise Linux 9
IVPbot v 1.1.1 WIP #1
Adminmod
Statsme
10 bots that drop as users enter
Cable modem connection.

It was a pieced together system that I put together for practice, but a lot of ppl play on it at times and want to try to stream-line it. Thanks for any info that you provide.

On a side note: Which bot is the best? (Skill adjustment, weapon buying, waypoints, etc) Just wondering what people like and why.

So i played for like 5 min on aztec:
-pretty hard bots
-headshot every time
-my ping avg 75 (about the same as my boy's server 4 blocks from here <he uses cable too>)
-t's planted bomb
-seemed to get caught up in doorways but not for long

Yea I really am no good at Aztec anyways...

-the bots like to touch each other's bums!
-they dont like planting the bomb either...
-otherwise as far as lag, ran smooth for me! (with 2 humans on...)
-only 1 bot was booted with 2 humans on. (11 players total)

On that side note...
I love realbot!!! This bot acts unlike any other bot ive ever seen! Artificial Intelligence for bots rules! The best feature? NO WAYPOINTS!! In the past Ive always judged a bot by its waypoints... Realbot is actually smart! You do have to train the bots on every map, but i dont mind that at all! It just makes the bots play more like me!!!
I will say, more and more bots are now becoming CS1.6 compatible, and I have only tried Realbot on my server... I would love to hear about people using other bots, and what their strongpoints and weaknesses are...

Well, one thing I can say before joining is that only 384 ram is pushing it.
My setup is amd athlon 850
512 megs pc100ram
Docsis cable connection
upload/download = 340+/2000+
Just tried connecting & timed out while precaching resources.
Got in on second try, ping was higher than my avg at 120+ avg is 50ish.
Pretty smooth overall.

just played on it and it seem a bit laggy (ping 200+) there where two humans on.
i don't know where the server is located, but i am from europe.
