How do we select avatars -I notice the council members already have them, so there is obviosly a way, but we are unable to select them atm.

you have to upload YOUR avatar... there is no pre-selectable avatar in the forums, that's all

when i try to change it
the little dot thingy that says "Reset Avatars" is plugged in and i cannot check it off    Spamming RB Forums Since August 2001.

aaah yes, that must be it. I recall something similar when I first wanted to upload mine. I'll go and have a look around to see if I can change this setting.

well, that isnt bad this option I think ... so we get rid of all the avatars some users are uploading and never again visiting the forums, or posting very few times. and 25 posts isnt that much ...
