Just two things: I wouldn't divide the waypointing forum, and not into PODBot, RealBot and others. I'm saying this for three reasons:
1) There is often confusion between the different PODBot offsprings, not all of which share the exact same format. Some people even post questions for PB 2.5 in the PODBot mm forum because it's hard to keep these jobs apart. If we divide the waypointing forum, I would suggest dividing it into a) PB 2.5 / YaPB / IvPB / EPB format and b) PB mm format, among others.
2) If BU wants to get away from being a CS bot forum with some little appendices like HPB-Bot, FritzBot, ShrikeBot etc. (no offense intended, I just want to express that 90% of BU stuff is CS-related so far), it might be a good step to make a sub-forum for each bot, including the non-CS ones - not to mention FritzBot, which isn't even HL-based.
3) Since we (= MarD, Biohazerd87 and me) are planning to make a waypointing portal for BU anyway (one for ALL BU bots, btw!), I think we could leave the waypointing forum here as a kind of bug report / WP request / waypointing question forum for all bots, whereas releases would be made on the waypointing portal itself.
Or we could think about adding a waypointing sub-forum to each bot forum.
However, I am against splitting the WP forum at all. There's just too little traffic there so far, and empty sub-forums may discourage people seeking waypoints for not-so-widespread bots.
Other than that, everything looks really good.
