Default Bots disabled AMXMODX! - 25-06-2006

Hi I installed E[POD] and loaded it, my AMXMODX stopped working. I removed it and used regular podbot, but still does not work. What would I do??

Also, If an AMXX plugin can control Podbot, does that mean it can also control variations like E[POD] or no? and which one is the better?

In the metamod plugins.ini amx mod x might not be in there anymore. There may be // infront of it or it's not even in there.
Open addons/metamod/plugins.ini and make sure amx x is appropriately in there.

Will that allow me to change it or would I have to goto Each name and put like [bot]? I mean if thats the case then that'll be fine.

It will get rid if [POD] or [P*D]
It won't allow you to change it.
You can change it in the src code and compile the stuff yourself. (Not Recomended)

alright thanks, easier to go into names file and do it that way

one last question(s), How do I do the Way points? I keep lookin, but all i find is tuts for Navs, and no programs, now i've saved navsa and tried to use them with POD bot, but, it says it doesnt have the waypoint. So i was wondering, how would i go about making Way points? or can i convert from the nav? OR..Are there anybots that can automatically figure out this stuff, that work with AMXX?

I really want to throw on some bots on the SK map i made, so, its not jsut my friend and I shootin eachother on it.

All the PODbots can't create waypoints by themself. You can create your own. Each bot have a good documentation in his instalation folder, just open it and read it.
