Sounds like something DoD has.
I think it would be a nice little thing to have a set amount of bots on certain maps, and learn priorities if a map is huge or small, etc...
But I wouldn't have it concern new bot users.

That doesn't make any sense at all. I haven't seen the human players they shoot everywhere they go. Advanced players tend rather to be silent and to don't shoot too much if it's not necessary... If You personally are using this style of fighting, this is not yet the sufficient reason the same kind of fighting should be added to podbot mm code...

I agree with KWo that isn't really ammo perserving and like he said, I don't see human player do that as well.
Maybe if they are turning a corner, but that will have to involve hearing and camping a specific way.
