bots not joining the team

hi i need help with my joebot,, they would not join the team i know theres another thread the same,, but they also havnt resolve the problem,, and i want to make a new thread about it,,, so please help

if they did resolve it please let me ,, know ,, i read thier thread, and its not showing how they resolve it.. and the thread was,, 2years old,,, this is 2006 problem,, so please help

wont work,, i replace mine with it,, i extract it to my cstrike folder,, and replace it,, when i run my server,, the bots wouldn't join
