Default liblist.gam file, what is supposed to be in it? - 05-06-2011

I'm trying to set up hl v 1.1.1.1 with bots..im getting there slowly but surely, now i find i dont have a liblist.gam file...can someone please post a copy for regular hl deathmatch so i can get the game going with bots? i guess the steam installed version doesnt come with a liblist.gam file...id really like to play with bots....help...please? anyone?

The Steam version does come with a liblist.gam:
