Default liero anyone? - 28-10-2004

this game is the worst graphic but best game play ever..

I played alot with some or atleast one freind.. i meet him for the first time in a very long time..we talked about liero.. and so we decided to find it and donwload it.. (freeware, dont worry).. problem is.. its a dos version.. so we had to find dosbox and play it with that.. it went really slow on my comp.. not sure why.. but it could have to do with memory..

if anyone know how to get this going on XP system.. with a fixed version of liero or maybe something better then Dosbox..

anyone?

Hang to the rescue

Liero AI: Reverse engineed Liero, thats open source. Runs on XP, has mountain of new features.

Soldat: A Liero clone. Lots of people love it, I never really got into it. Slighltly more realistic than Liero, such as it has people instead of worms and has real life weapons.

Tunnels of Underworld: Simliar to Liero, but you play as aircraft. You can build gun turrets, deploy troops and trucks, and has lots of other nifty features like two player split screen.

Heyyo,

Lol, hangfire, you sure do know your worms

Btw, for Liero, get that blood trainer, it rocks. you can make it so a small tap just bleeds like a guyser.

The mother of all games. Lots of fun until you find a perfect buying strategy, like purchase nothing but heavy rollers. Huge damage, hardly any need to aim, low cost.
