Default Counter Strike crash with podbot - 11-01-2009

I'm running Windows Vista, listenserver, I just installed the latest podbot and downloaded the metamod, followed all the instructions and then tried to run CS, I created a new game with the map de_dust2 and then after 2-3 seconds it crashes and goes back to the desktop.

I tried this with several other maps, I see some other users have also had this problem, but can't really find a solution in the threads. My counter strike worked fine before installing the bots, I want to get the bots to run.

Thanks

Pleased describe step by step what and how did You really install. Then write the crash info (it just closes CS and goes back to the desktop or there is a message with some file missing or something). Another thing - is Your Windows Vista 64 bit or 32?

There is no crash info, no messages, just goes back to the desktop. It's Windows Vista 32 bit. I used the step by step installation present on the podbot official website.

However, I now installed Epodbot and that works fine, so it'll be alright, very similar to podbot.
