Reason: I found them
The bot support in the Source engine is still very limited, which prevents us to work on efficient source bots (HL2DM, CS:S, DOD:S). We've been complaining about this to Valve for ages, but they seem to ignore us superbly so far >
RACC home - Bots-United: beer, babies & bots (especially the latter) "Learn to think by yourself, else others will do it for you."
*sighs* I know, it's a letdown... what I wonder, is how does the CS:S bot change weapons, does it still use the old fashioned method or this retarded new one that crashes the game but they somehow got it working fine with CS:S???

CS:S bots were built into the mod. What we bot authors have been trying to get from valve is the proper access via server plugins to make bots for any mod. Of course we can make bots for new mods, but I believe many bot writers would prefer to support some of the popular mods like CS:S, DOD:S, etc...
.... can I kick that Newell guy in the balls during the insanity? At least I think tha'd be fun. Be like "that's what you get for not supporting your community!"
