Here's an experiement to try out:

Take in a small sample of your IOU's (paper money) to the bank that's listed on the paper, and try to cash it in for what it's supposedly worth.

I used to get along with Tuna and Hollowpoint. Marlin too. What a mess, can't say I'm sorry though.

i don't think anybody of us is sorry for being there in the past. It was a good forum for some time. But since 9/11 things went very.. odd... *cough*

You all forgot something. Blaming politicians for all the violence over the world helps, sure, but there is a bigger, MUCH worse evil.

Religion. Me (as a proud atheist since the age of 14), I say, the major world religions are the SOURCE of nearly all remaining violence in the world. Their power struggle cause violence from the domestic up to the global scale. IMHO Religions are an outdate, unnecessary power-tool that needs to be put out of its misery.

Opinions ?

I agree with you too, but according to some statistics the US is supposedly becoming more religious (more and more people here are becoming religious). Religion influenced many to vote in the 2004 presidential elections to stop a certain something from passing (which was discussed in another thread and led to pretty strong feelings so I don't want to post what it was about here)..
