The radius means how 'wide' the waypoint is. This way the bot is not required to go directly in the center of the waypoint but can choose other near position to it depending on the radius.
The waypoint documentation should say how to adjust the radius.

The waypoint documentation says "waypoint setradius x", when I type it it says unknown command.
Why you say don't PM you?
In your PM you said "The 'away' feel is created by correctly placing important waypoins.", but the waypoint documentation says there's an away and home team based on DE_, CS_, AS_ maps?

1. It should be prefixed with epb .
epb waypoint setradius x
or
epb_waypoint setradius x
2. Because someone else could have the same questions as you. It's better to find them here, instead to ask again.
3. Hmm, well I'm not really sure about that anymore, has been a long time since I worked on the bots. I guess on non standard maps there should be no away/home teams at all.

Btw, the E[POD]bots after exiting a teleportal they seem to still be walking towards the previous targeted normal waypoint for a fair amount of distance, unless bumped into something which they then jump ~few times to reorient themselves, do you know how to've perfect movement through a teleportal?
