If you use MSVC 2005 then fopen is no longer allowed by default.
You have to set the project to accept that old fopen function.

Well fopen is not old but MS is forbidding it.
They want you to use One of the may file open classes the have invented for the MSVC2005 version.

Im 100% sure it is a setting in the project..
I had the same problem compiling HPB with msvc2005.
I wanted to look it up in my project settings but my MSVC 2005 beta has expired. I cannot open it again. GRRRRRR stupid MS

I dont use msvc2005...
I use msvc++ 6.0 =/

And im going to get the exact error now, the bots add to the scoreboard but dont spawn.
