the wiki for FritzBot (RTCW) says;
Quote:
Released Waypoints

Last Updated: By Denny on 5-5-06
Objective Maps
...
Tram - mp_tram (Denny & CrapShoot)
Can it be converted? Maybe. I don't know whether there are changes between the ET and RTCW versions of the map. And it takes a fair bit of editing even if the 2 maps are identical. Actions are best redone from scratch, and there are better routes and additional actions only available in FritzBot ET (example CVOP related actions...) And the aiscript files should to be largely rewritten.
So converting takes a bit of time, that I don't have right now. If you want to try there is a post I made a few years ago listing some of the things to do. And I still have more work to do testing/improving waypoints for 1944_beach when I can find time...

Further to mp_tram (i.e tram_et), the navigation nodes are portable from the RTCW waypoints but the actions were are worth the effort. There is no support or nodes for the tram nor for the flag on the tram support pylon. I doubt I can do bot-support for the trams because they are on a long slow path and I would need 3-4 fake_construct-tois per tram and the map can only support about 6 more tois. Some spots on the map are not ideal for bots since they will die from falling when fighting.

So not a map that would likely result in a full release quality waypoint.
