bots too easy

Why are bots too easy for me? I have v3 and I even changed the botskill.cfg numbers. The min and maxbotskills I have are 80 and 100, respectively. For level 100, I made stuff their stats really good, like:

MAX_DELAY 0.01
MIN_TURNSPEED 60.0
MAX_TURNSPEED 400.0
AIM_OFFS_X 0.0
AIM_OFFS_Y 0.0
AIM_OFFS_Z 0.0
HEADSHOT_ALLOW 100
HEAR_SHOOTTHRU 100
SEEN_SHOOTTHRU 100

Also, I don't think I'm that good of a cs player, because online, there are so many people who are better than me. I just want to have like several bots that are really good so that it simulates online servers, where usually there are several people better than me.

Is there a way to raise the skills of the bots even more?

MeanMod says it can make the bots harder. It also says enhances the realism of the bots. Is it true?
