Hey Mal, got a couple other suggestions for Fritz if you don't mind hearing them. There small one's but would work wonders if added.

Okay the first one is that i noticed the engineer bots don't crouch when tossing dynamite. They stand up and toss it straight in whichever direction they happen to be standing. This of cource can cause them to toss dynamite further and alot of times they end up tossing the dynamite too far or they end up tossing it and getting it stuck somewhere. This of course causes the dynamite to fly out of the trigger area and when a bot does arm it, it won't do anything rewarding. Also when tossing crouched it shouldn't fly as far, but in addition to the crouch planting they should throw it directly at the ground they are crouching at (so in other words, look directly down and toss it, instead of looking straight ahead and tossing it).

So i think if you could add to the dyno planting code to have the bots crouch (and the other stuff mentioned above) it would be an excellent addition and really would help the engneer bots complete the're goals more effciently. I hope that makes sense, i've seen the bots miss there target alot by overthrowing dynamite and i figured i'd say something as it would be a good addition. This would also be benificial in FritzET as well.

That's a great suggestion, Denny. It would help the lighthouse map I've been working on to play a little better. The main gate in that map consists of wrought-iron rods and it is REAL easy for a player (bot or human) to toss the dynamite though the bars and then not be able to arm it. Then you have to wait to recharge while you're being shot at from all angles! I hope that can be included in the next patch.
