Missing or corrupt nods in waypoints.

Im getting missing or corrupt nods in waypoints on the following maps:

awp_bycastor32
sa_treetops
awp_india

Not checked other maps but these are the main problem maps.
Could it have something to do with csdm maybe conflicting with podbot and the waypoints ? If anyone has any ideas please help me out.

Waypoints files have nothing to do with CSDM (except CSDM is spawning players in some uwaypointed areas). All You need is to find better waypoints for those maps or find somebody else to make/fix these waypoints for You.
Maps You pointed out aren't standard ones, so waypoints for them aren't included in Fullpack nor in All-In-One.

I'm sure if you make a waypoint request in the waypoint forum, somebody will pick it up since it's most likely simple/quick fixes.
