Looking for coder and/or zombie bot advise for new sourcemod

A starting Source Mod called "Dead West". This mod is primarily a first person zombie shooter running on the source engine and based on Hl2. It is going to play in the Wild West ofcource. A few real cowboys against Indian-zombie's
All in all a dusty, wild-west, first-person zombie shooter.

Now the mean problem is, we doint have a good coder, so thats wat I'm primary looking for. I understand that there are only a few who have the time for this, so I would also really helped by some good advise abaut the best type of bots I could use for this.
