Eh...?

I'm confused what I should be learning from that. I was already looking at a tutorial while putting the entity in: http://www.gamedesign.net/node/956

Which seems to be saying mostly the same things.

And the entity/setup of the entity isn't the problem... just stripper2's bounding box, which seems to be buggy or maybe not implemented for this entity? I thought it was a generic value that could be set for all entities, though.

Sorry for the late response... watched it go unanswered for a few weeks, so I'd given up on an answer :o

hey pierre, my stripper2 is crashing randomly with my HL server.. no idea why, the server keeps running, but it wont load maps. i have everything from info_player_deathmatch to weapon_gauss to trigger_teleport in my maps and they always used to work great but now once every few hours or so the server just stops loading maps. ever seen this?

Nope.
Do you have any other plugins ? Try disabling them and leave just stripper2 to see if it still crashes.

@ConfusedAdmin: "Pierre-Marie" is a mixed french name, and although "Marie" is female "Pierre" is male and since it comes the first of both, the resulting name is masculine. Sorry, ain't no "she", lol

Unfortunately it's the only plug-in I have other than adminmod, running with metamod. Maybe there's a version of metamod that is incompatible? Maybe I should try an older version of metamod? These problems weren't always occurring, only in the last 6 months or so.

Try disabling adminmod, precisely.
