well, that depends on what you are referring to.

You can get a joebot metamod version by downloading the joebot sources from sourceforge and compiling it, but there is no official metamod joebot release yet.

if you are running cs 1.5 you can jsut use joebot 1.6.3 and start cs with +localinfo mm_gamedll /joebot/joebot.dll or whereever you placed the dll in your commandline.

you must go to download page then click on 1.6.5.1 win32 full version (std+metamod)
and extract to your half life or counter strike map
then go to plugins.ini and type joebot/joebot_mm.dll

if you have an installation of metamod already, backup the cstrike/liblist.gam before extracting. afterwards, copy that backup back
