For some reason when I try to follow your FAQ your wiki asks for a username and password. What is it? I have never had so many problems with a mod and need that userguide. It says put it in the root folder and my definition of root folder is the main folder (C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory) well this does not give me anything so i put it in the "pb" folder and then I get somewhere. But when i try to create a server (local) and join with another computer it errors saying it could not find an official pak file. Please help. Very bored and need this. Thanks

My apologies for the late reply, (I thought this topic was locked).

The dialog box when you access the wiki states the username and password to use to access the directory (i.e. wiki, nospam). This is mentioned in 2 or 3 topics in these forums including the topic specifically about working on the wiki.

The offline backups that I posted on my FileFront page have recently disappeared along with all but the most recent waypoints with no explanation. So with Geocities closing down soon I may put the next backup in the Filebase after BU performs the next upgrade of the forum software.

Update: finally got an email from FileFront, seems they are clearing out low activity files on 4 days notice. So the wiki backup file for 2008 is back online but for how long I don't know.

Welcome frontunits. The links in this sticky are not actively maintained. The map links on the waypoint status page on the wiki are updated from time to time (2nd column Bsp name- map downloads).
The wiki access is protected against spammers so follow the login dialog and enter wiki for user and nospam for password.
