Its possible to do that stuff in CS, I've done it, but you only have 2 HUD slots to work with, but it'll require hard coding it (unless you can do it via AMX plugin, which is doubtful).

That tutorial for new weapons in TFC is pretty much how you do it, it'll be a little different for CS (you'll have to work on a damage system and whatnot). Also, you can only use slot 2 and 31 I believe for custom hud entrys. If you want to make the egon, you'll have to use some of the SDK egon code also (create the beams ect).
