ET Dedicated Server Setup Help

Hello, I am trying to run fritzbot on a et dedicated server. I can successfully load the fritzbot mod. The problem comes in when trying to control the bots. It seems no matter what i do, I get 10 random bots loaded to any supported map. I have even tried removing the *.bot files out of the config directory to no avail. It would be most helpful to me if someone could post a version of their config file that they load from the command line, ie, C:\ET\ETDED.exe +set net_port 27961 +set com_hunkmegs 56 +set com_zoneMegs 32 +set fs_homepath 27961 +set dedicated 1 +set fs_game fritzbot +set sv_punkbuster 0 +exec ET_server_Bot.cfg
It would also be helpful to mention the directory locations of the *.cfg files that are launched. Thank you for your help

Dedicated servers use the g_minbots and g_maxbots cvars. They are independant of the <mapname>.bot files.

By default, g_minbots is set to 10.

If you want to set custom config files for your server, set g_minbots to 0 and create a seperate config to execute via rcon. These configs will need to have the addbot command in front of the botname.

I've attached a couple that I have been using. 15.cfg is 15 bots, 25.cfg is 25 bots. These can either be put in ~/etmain or ~/Fritzbot folders
