Default Fritz ET Waypointing Tool for FritzRTCW? - 14-05-2006

Hey everyone i have a question, i recently took a look at this tool and it's actually quite neat. I was wondering if it would be possible for Hobbit to make a FritzRTCW version of this tool for RTCW waypoints. I think it would be very helpful for Fritz RTCW waypointing and i would use it all the time. Am i the only one who thinks this would be useful? I think we should ask him if he can make a FritzRTCW port.

I asked for this a while ago Denny. Unfortunately, he hasn't had the time to work on it. He did say he may be able to get to it some time in the future.

Fritz RTCW support is something I have considered. It actually can be something that I build into the existing tool where it will allow you to choose the version (ET or RTCW). (and iirc, the actual navigation files have a header in which I can determine this based on the .nav you choose)

The biggest thing is time for me. I have a bit to do still on the ET version for upcoming features as well as solving some other issues. I haven't had any time in the past couple of weeks for this even.

I can't promise anything in the way of a timeframe, but I can at least commit to giving it a looksee after the next Fritz ET release to determine the scope of work for it.
