my vote is to have a setup email account where ratings are sent when they form is filled out then once a week we will update the site with them

Yes, that's pretty much what I had in mind, cause that's how CSNation does it with their skin of the day section, and since we all need access to them, a main e-mail account is definately the easiest way to set things up.

i vote we just use a gmail account... great orginazation, anyone can access it and we are good to go

Sounds good, how big are those inboxes? I'm sure it won't matter too much cause we'll be only getting waypoints at a max of 1MB, but just wonderin'..

Sounds somewhat "complete BU"-ish to me. Maybe "BU-waypoints [at] gmail.com?" Something like that, which makes it clear that it's not an address that applies to all kind of BU-related stuff, only to the waypoint-site.

We might also choose a site name that can be abbreviated, just like Counter-Server Maps (CSM). Bots-United Waypoints? BUWP? Or WPBU? The account could then be named accordingly, like "BUWP [at] gmail.com"?

Or could we get a BU mail account so that the mail addy could be "waypoints [at] bots-united.com"?

well we can have more than one account lol but we don't need one.... and i am still confused on who is providing the space? is anyone? or do we have to get our own?

We're getting some webspace here at BU (I'm sure if we asked we could, do we need to start a poll or just ask the forum countcil members?)

as for e-mail? I think it'll be easier to get a gmail account so they won't have to setup one for us.
