Real Bot + CS 1.6

I have downloaded the win32_rbv10.exe an executet it in C:\Programme\Steam\SteamApps\xxx@xxx.xx\counter-strike

i have startet cs 1.6 via steam an loaded a server with de_dust.. i dont have seen that anything from realbot was loaded put if i press "h" (pls see the attachment) i can geht in the bot menu, but if i want to create a new bot, no comes!

what i have done wrong?

you can't use Realbot 1.0 with CS 1.6, and Realfix only used to work until Valve changed something to break all bots again.

Use this version instead:

Iam Using CS 1.6 server on FreeBSD.
After strating/restarting the server log:

Why Bots dont join into the teams? and be only Spectators?
