normally, i do have about 70 - 100 of ping but on a laggy server, about 150 - 375, Im using Pod-Bot 2.5 with the STEAMDLL thing to get it to work with steam but in my lan server me and my friend have 480 - 1000 ping it lags our shots and how they shoot us anyone know how to lower the ping? (podbot2.5 is the only mod on the server so its not because of alot of mods)

Heyyo,

I suggest upgrading from PODbot 2.5 to PODbot mm, or E[POD]bot, or YAPB (Yet Another PodBot) since they're built to support CS 1.6 (steam version of CS).

As for that problem? try renaming your "liblist.gam" file to something like "liblist.gam.bak" to keep it as a backup since PODbot 2.5 sets it up as if it were CS 1.3, which's old.. I doupt it's fatal, but ya never know eh? After this it should regenerate a liblist.gam that should load the default mp.dll file, and if you still have bad pings? try other games. If those games are messed up too? then it might be your LAN setup...
