Hmm... Try to disable EPB from loading and then check is the ban and kick menus work.
I have too the problem with "No computer voice sound" but the host name is OK.

E[POD]bot sprins and jump often to be more hardly killed by the enemy .
And for the grenades. The bots randomly use grenades and randomly buy granedes. This is not based on the personality.
Maybe in some next versions of E[POD]bot I will fix this, but I say "MAYBE" .
For now E[POD]bot have other bugs that wait for fix and will be fixed .
