cvar option for flashlight

It would be nicer if bots can use flashlights
Forced use of flash light... ^_^

I am using Zombie MODS and its dark in the map you need flash lights or night vision to see.

Bots can see without them so not that necessary but for spectators or dead foes they cant see what bots can see since its dark. The bots wont use flash lights but may use night vision the problem is not all the times and besides if the bot has not enough money.

I'm planning to add this feature, because since the bots are affected by the darkness, You are experiencing some side effects of it - like on dark maps the bots aren't fighting at all.

The current Beta version is affected by darknes (beta 19f/g, the bot can find its way though but wont kill any. They both dont kill each other they just keep passing by and lurking around the map which is a kind of boring. I will send video samples as I am done recording with it. TY

Please try if V3B19h version solves Your problem on dark maps and zombie mod.
