Thanks guys, but I've just figured out a way around messing with the precaching. It's all in the configs...
I'll soon be releasing Environ-Skin BETA 1.0 in the next couple days and a new small TOD mission pack template on how to achieve map specific skins for your bots coming in the next few weeks.
HUGE thanks going out to Splorygon for his cfg.dll, without it, I never would've been able to do map specific skins outside of TOD missions.
