Default [Metamod] Detecting Round Start - 31-07-2010

Hi everyone!

This forum section hasn't been so active lately though I'm still gonna try a call
for help. I'm creating a Metamod plugin (mostly for c++ experience) though my
progress with the plugin seems to have seized. I've been scourging the internet
for details catching new round event in Metamod, without success.

To be more specific; I want to catch the new round event before freezetime
has ended. I've taken a look on HLTV event (BeginMessage) though without success.

As of now I know only one and unreliable method which consists of using the HudReset
event. So please; if you know how to solve my problem, do tell.

Extra Question: Is there any way to stop or halt the roundtimer?
I know that the server allocates this variable and sends it to the clients.

EDIT: If needful; I'm doing this for CS 1.6

There is many CS 1.6 bots here with open source, you can see how they detect round start. And yes, it is via the HLTV message. If you have no success with it you are probably doing something wrong.
