Linux cstrike w/ Joebot

Ok need help installing joebot on a:

RedHat 9.0 Linux
  steam 1.6 
  cstrike
  amx.0.9.8b
  metamodx117 - from amxmodx.org

receiving errors when run it w/ metamod :

and errors when using liblist.gam :

LoadLibrary failed on ./cstrike/joebot/joebot_i386.so: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: 
  cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

try recompiling the source code and see if problem still exists

you need to use gcc 2.95.3
it works when i use it..
