Default badf load with podbot_mm_and64 19d - 14-06-2008

I'm fairly new to the linux environment. I installed the newest 8.04 ubuntu desktop edition and have read many forums and white pages in getting HLDS with metamod and amxmodx working. So far I've successfully installed metamod and amxmodx but im having trouble getting podbot to load. i've been working on it for about 4 hours now and i've tried everything i can think of. Ive read a lot of the forum threads at bots-united but i still cant seem to get the darn thing to load correctly.

Im running AMD64 bit for linux. Ive read lots of problems under the podbot_mm_amd64.so not loading correctly and i dont know if the people posting the problems are able to get the problem fixed.

Im going to try to post any information i can find on my hlds for you to see if u can find any errors in my configuration.

Hmm KWo are you still making 64bit builds of PODBot_mm ? I think it's not needed sinse Valve officially stopped the support for the 64bit build of the server, yes the binaries are still there but they are outdated, and sinse all the things that are up to date are 32bits(even the only 64bit library of CS is outdated), there is no point at all to make 64bit build of PODBot_mm.

They can use the 32bit build on 64bit machines, it's no problem and there is no proformance issules.

Please follow the beginning of that topic and post here the info. It should show the reason why it doesn't want to be loaded. If it's not libstdc, it must be something else.

Actually the problem must not be in libstdc, not sure if there is other compile line that is used for the 64bit build, but if there is not it must be static and the problem will be in other place.
