New install

**New install -** 11-02-2004

I too had problems when trying to install. The problems echoed exactly what has been posted here previously.
I uninstalled steam (from the unwise icon) in the steam folder. I then reinstalled after getting the lastest steam installer. (I am not sure if that was neccessary)
Then I followed the following exactly.

Now ivpbot works fine cept for the "weapon buy" problem. It's fun to have some bots back

yea the new freaking update messed up the bots

- just like jagex to mess everything up!

the bots work fine for me and they buy weapons - try doing all the steps again after the update becuase my bots buy weapons and i got steam 1.6 -the real one with the key.

my install was after the update. I haven't had a lot of time to play around, kinda waiting to see if the answer is found on the boards.
