Default Linux Dedicated + CS 1.6 + MetaMod 1.17.1 + Joebot - 09-12-2004

Sorry if its been posted before, but im quite dumb!

I have my own Linux server, and im using CS 1.6 server. I use metamod 1.17.1

i am not quite sure what version of joebot im using, but ill try and see. hmm, the name of the folder is 'joebot_control-0[1][1].11'... i installed it via AMX and it would work (sorta). i put the joebot_control.amx in the right folder, and added it to the right file. when i started my server, i had the joebot commands and all. using amx_joebotmenu i could choose to add bots. the problem is, it wont add any bots. not even to spectate. it just does not add bots. it drives me NUTS! please and thanks - zach jones

hmm, now i get

[AMX] Couldn't find "AMX_Query" (file "cstrike/addons/amx/modules/joebot_mm_i586.so")
[AMX] Make sure that modules are compatible with AMX 0.9.9
[AMX] Please fix the problem then start the server again

isnt there a log file where you can see more information about why the plugin hasnt been loaded ? maybe it needs some libraries you don't have, maybe it's not been found.

if it's the libraries, go to the dlls folder in the release, type make. ( if that doesnt work, rename makefile_linux to Makefile and try again )
