Bots wont play :(

I've managed to install RealBot on a nice clean version of the HL Dedicated server, i use the correct commands to add a bot to the game, but they just stay as spectators even though i've set them to be terrorists or counters,

any tips of what I can do or any commands?

i've already used that fix, the bots still spectate, i've used both the dedicated server AND the actual game (using both the commands and pressing H > add bot > ...

hvn't a clew what was wrong, so i deleted the RealBot mod, then downloaded it all again and they work fine now

AND ITS SO COOL! :o Nice bot tbh

Now all i have to do is try to stop my friends laughing because i say "i can now play with myself rather than having someone else play with me"
