Yeah, it wouldn't be a PC game without its flaws and dozens of patches to try and make it better.

For the massive amounts of darkness? get the ducttape mod, and for even better graphics? the parallax mapping mod.

hehehe! for fun guys, also check out that cell shading mod, it's pretty cool.

And here's the ducttape mod (its name is cause the guy 'apparently' uses ducttape to attach the flashlight to his guns... wonder if the creator if this mod's Canadian eh?

Overall both games are great games but Half-Life 2 is taking the cake.

I'm sad that Doom 3 didn't really have music playing in the background like doom 1 & 2. However, i really liked active monitors to turn on the lights, open doors, and etc.. Doom 3 had a better ending than Half-Life 2.

Half-Life 2 seemed more scary than doom3 with those spiders from Unreal.

treid what.. are you talking about the sig?..
you know it needs to download first (every fram) and then it can play normaly.

i thought about doing my own.. its not very hard..
