OK. Fire-up Your steam, choose "My games" (top of opened steam window), right mouse button click on "Counter-Strike" (You should see some window with options: "Launch game...", "View update news", "Create desktop shortcut", "Backup game files...", "Delete local content...", "Properties"), select "Properties", from "General" tab left mouse button click on "Set launch options..." and in the window for command line look if there is only this:
"-console +SV_LAN 1"
Everything else You should remove (You can also clean up at all that line) and try with Your liblist.gam pointing to mp.dll as gamedll (see my post
here).
After doing this start the game and look if it still crashes. If so - I may recommend only re-install Your steam.
