the Friday run was fucking CROWDED
we couldn't run it because we simply couldn't approach the starting point in the gardens where the bulls start
we just heard a hundred feet running under a big clamor

but it's really psycho

We met the guys who were horned by the bulls anyway... earlier in the night
there were a canadian, a briton and an aussie... all of them drunk as fuck... they already had run the past day and the day before and they were fucking planning to take it again... Psychos!!! One of them told us that he had to grab a bull by the horns to defend himself which is something EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to do

I'm crazy but not THAT WAY

anyway... on saturday night we met by hazard fellow french mateys... but hell, the streets are so crowded it's just impossible not to lose each other ! we lost them one after the other and 2 hours later everybody was alone... but thats not a problem, as long as you have coins in the pocket and cigarettes left in the pack, and EVEN if you have spent all the money for beer and you've smoked everything you carried that's smokable, you can still get drunk and wasted by people who will gladly pay the beer for you

curiously enough the spanish girls there don't seem to like frenchmen very much... they find them too romantic (sic). As long as they hear you saying that you're neither basque neither spanish, they end the discussion and go away. Fuck, am *I* romantic ??? o_O

And not all the people there are open to strangers... you couldnt imagine how many supporters has the ETA there (ETA is a basque terrorist organization for independence of this country), EVERYWHERE in the streets there's posters and banners claiming "shame to France", "freedom for the basque country", "amnesty for the terrorists in jail" etc etc, even the COPS are pro ETA, you really gotta see that with your own eyes to believe it.

luckily the maidens of the civilian protection were cute and VERY friendly

oh and BTW *NO* I didn't fuck, Nova man you may laugh but I defy you to shag anything with more than 4 grams alcohol in the blood 24h/24. It was quite difficult to have an intelligible conversation already
