#10 edit

Put in "win32 addons/podbot/podbot_mm.dll" without the quotes. Just to be exact

I did all of that ran CS and started de_dust.

I got an error that said...

Counter-Strike:hl.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x0f5c2ad9" referenced memory at "0x0f913ee8." The memory could not be "read."

Click on OK to terminate this program.

By the way I am running the mod version of CS which uses Steam.

Is there a bot version that just runs fine on its bloody own. Like with POD Bot for 1.6. If you start cs then pod bots won't run. But when you double click the POD Bot Icon it starts CS but with the bots.

I found the problem lied in metamod so i uninstalled all of that stuff. Then I downloaded the E[POD]Bot. Too my surprise bots actually showed up!!!8o

The only problem is they sit still. There are waypoints. They buy guns but then they just stand there at spawn. When I go to the other teams spawn they dont react to me and also just stand there. help?

I'm sure there are a thousand and one Captain Jack Sparrows. It's not like I'm the only one who saw the movie.

well I am using PMB's podbot 2.6 mm and I am very happy with it. so just download it and extract to your "cstrike/addons" folder and if you havent got one just create it. then add this line to your metamod "plugins.ini" file:

win32 addons/podbot/podbot_mm.dll

Thats it. Enjoy
