Kedat, you said PODs were easier than POXs. Come to think of it, you are right, at least as far as I remember POX. But since the new PODbot works as an MM plugin, you can also add the botaim plugin. And of course, it's all a matter of the bot settings. What settings do you prefer? I left mine on default for each "skill group", except for the turnspeed. I _slightly_ lowered it to make bots more human-like. And then I play with bots of a skill level from 60-100. I think it's ok that way, but of course I'm no pro or league player, so for others those bots may be sleeping pills...
Maybe you could even raise some of the bots' skill entries in the cfg and/or decrease bot handicaps beyond the default settings?

I believe if POD-bot is easier than PoXBot it's just a matter of config files indeed. With the metamod port I did of POD-bot I included Austin's bot servers botskill.cfg files.

Lower a bit the reaction time of the bots and raise their turn speed, and you should end up with a very convincing bot. If you want the exact same performance as PoXBot, just copy and paste PoXBot's settings into the POD-bot config file.

I'll try with POX config than. Bot works great even when there is 20 of them . There is one thing I dont like with all those bots - AIMING! I liked that smooth one with the 1.6 bot. By the way, what happened to that bot? It seemed very good!

This is not SniperSquad, this is POD-bot. Period. You RIPPED POD-bot. And ripping people's work is LAME. You have not done ANYTHING SIGNIFICANT to POD-bot to deserve the right to call it another name. FOR THE LAST TIME IT IS NOT YOUR BOT, IT IS COUNT FLOYD'S BOT. Incredible, this guy. If his performance lived up to his persistence, he might actually release something good eventually. But no.
You know what? Yesterday I d/l'ed his waypoint pack because I thought "hey, maybe he HAS made something decent at least once in his life"... bad idea. No, good idea. I don't recall the last time when I started the day with such a hearty laugh. Age-old PB V5 (!!!) waypoints by poor Count Floyd mixed wildly with more recent, but average to poor waypoint files. After fixing my 803 cs_beirut nodes (resulting in a 160 kB file) I checked out the WP included in his pack - 28 kB. *LOL* Yeah, right. Now I know that he would really be no loss for the BU forum... how old id this guy? 13? He sure behaves as if he was...
