hey all mods can edit as long as they want, so it looks like a normal user will have restrictions, we (staff) don't notice...

I don't know vBulletin but maybe there is some kind of security switch which enables/disables IP checking?

i know that no ip cheking is in place, i was able to edit my post allthough i used a "scrambler" (i.e. cascaded proxies, with random outgoing ip)

well no matter what cpu i've always got same ip address.
its probably a timelimit because i posted a post yesterday and now unable to edit it
