He might be, but he is doing one hell of a job on coding SoW2.

Sorry PMB, I did not mean to cause any trouble or insult you. I have great respect for you and your work and also thinks that PMTools2 is a nice tool(I did not show it to our coder without reason).

Here are some of the features he has implented until now:
- NVG
- Infrared(still looks crappy though)
- Level system
- SoW Classic gameplay
- Respawn of all entities after round
- Teams and classes
- New gameplay mode which is not public yet

Besides that he has also made both maps, models and graphics for SoW2

We have hardly reached alpha stage yet and our lead coder has not even begun to look at the code(he is still working on SoW1).

I suppose I am going to have to come in and make myself extremly hubble due to the extreme sincerity of the Mod leader.

When he posted the link to your tools I glanced over the description before I started the download.

I DID download the tools though to check them out. I made a first impression post based on my "GLANCE" at description while my 56K connection dl'd the tools.

I was however very much mistaken about what these tools could do and was quite impressed.

I thought it was just going to relay network info, such as found in the netgraphs or other info that can be accessed via the console.

At any rate, I was wrong and when I went to post about it I found that Zacker was boasting around the topic quoting you guys about how much of an Idot I was or the fact that I am a prick.

Well, I suppose this is the last post I will ever make here as you guys are probably going to shun me for having said what I said. Fair enough.

However I suppose I owe Zacker a big thanks aswell for now officially labeling me as a "Prick"

Thanks.

To the Creator of the tool, keep up the good work. And my appolgies for making a comment on our private forums, Like I said I was going to correct myself but Zacker beat me to the punch line.

There was really no way to know that you hadn't given it a full look. Perhaps there were jumps to conclusions on both sides, and a bit of pre-mature gossip on Zackers part

No harm done.

No. Nope, and I somehow have to apologize myself too. It's just that I *hate* when people emit a judgment about something they did not thoroughly (or at least, honestly, or even objectively) review. I can understand you didn't gave it a full look, but Zacker's intervention was kinda sounding like the voice of a ... hrmn, well. One of these guys. You see my point.

I'm glad this is clarified. Feel free to post here wheneven you want, answer our questions when we have some, for we'll always try answer yours when you'll have some. I'm sorry if it became personal, I shouldn't have let it do so.

Case closed ?

Case closed for my side, I did not intend to do any harm - to anyone.

BB not having checked out the tools in depth and none of us knewing that was probably the reason of all this.

It was just that I have great respect for PMB and great respect for BB. So when one of them says something which don't fit together, then I need to find out what the truth is.

I am no coder myself and therefore I just rely on the coders I know when judging things.

Thank you for you concideration.

I acctually do like your tools very much, I was just looking around through the source code yesterday and am planning on trying to expand them so as to offer more specifics for our mod.

If I do manage to get that working I will of course let you know, and if you want I can also send you the code, but you have laid down a very nice ground work.

If you have any objections please say so, and I will cease and desist.
