Limitation of arms

Hi, I'm from Russia! I have a small problem.
What we have - Local server, CSDM 2.1.2 and Podbot 3.0b15.
I want to restrict bots weapons - only knives.
From connecting to the server are 20 TT bots. I go to CT, but the bots with weapons.
I want to do that when you log on to the server - bots have already been installed with knives.
Help please!

(make empty these sections - so bots will not use any primary/secondary weapon).

Potential problem - they still can buy a weapon in buyzones.
Solution - play with them on aim_xx.map (or other maps with weapon strip entities).
