Waypoints section - Forbidden :(

why does it say/show "Forbidden" when i try to reach the correct section, Waypoints ?

im trying sooo hard and going nuts getting waypoints for podbotmm (latest version) for the map ka_legoland2 ...

i searched and noted some peeps have already requested for it but still nothing ... while other new waypoint files are still being produced.. legoland2 aint a hard map at all to waypoint issit? i cant say cuz i dont know how to waypoint..

the waypoints thing in the top frame of this web page.. it says its forbidden.
