Default Posting completed nav files - 18-01-2007

Hello. I completed my first map for waypointing. It is a map made by Mercury of WTE, my team/clan. The name of the map is Axis Cannon. For anyone who would like to get the map, go to filefront.com. However, I should mention that I am having Mercury update the map that is currently on filefront.com to the one used in Fritz. I had to have him remove some blockage that bots couldn't get through on their own. As to why I am posting this, I am curious where most people post completed map files such as .nav and .aiscript files. Can anyone give me pointers on the correct labeling as well as the total files and which ones I need to post? The map itself players will have to have on their own, of course, and the .nav and.aiscript they will download from wherever I can post them, but are there any other files I should make available to people? So basically, can anyone provide me with where I can post completed files? As soon as I know of some good places where I can post completed files I will post them. Thanks in advance.

Tiger

Why not attach the waypoints here? Afterall they are specific to Fritzbot.
use the empty pk3 file to place the files in their correct directories (nav and aiscript are minimum requirements, other files optional: readme, cfg, script, bots, etc.). The releasing waypoints topic for Fritzbot ET is good for RTCW as well. Use the beta word in the filename for now, until you get some feedback. When it is good enough for release send it to the bindlestiff for the next map-pack.

Okay, I just tried to open it and it didn't work. How do I get an empty pk3 file?
