Need help with installation

I have installed ivp bot into my cstrike folder. I go into game and type "addbot" in console, nothing. Then i try ivp addbot in console, nothing. I made the one file that needs to be read only and made it that. I really would like for this to work, can anyone help me?

Don't install it to your cstrike folder, it's up one level of your cstrike folder (make sure you have ivpbot folder in your cstrike folder after you installed the bot)
What is yoru CS version? If you are running it on Steam, remember to set your liblist.gam to Read-only mode.
