The FAMAS is actually a pretty good gun. It's the most accurate of the assault rifles, and the fastest in burst mode. I usually snipe with that gun, so headshots are quite a common thing. It's my favourite after the M4.

The problem is not "which gun is the best", but "which gun will do the best job in a particular situation".

If I were to hide behind a crate near a bombsite I would DEFINITELY want a P90, over all others.
If I were to sit ambushed at medium/long distance, I would need a very accurate and powerful gun, so either AK47, Colt or if I'm not confident enough with my aiming, and I want to ensure that at least 3 bullets will hit my target during the first second of exposure, FAMAS.
If I have to camp at long range and defend an alley, I take an AWM or a Scout.

Telling people you snipe your opponents with a P90 does not mean you are good at CS, it means 1°) that you're lucky and 2°) that you don't use the right gun for the job, which is not a proof of l33t sk1llz, on the contrary.

i also have screen shots of me doing over 700 DMG with a pump shotgun
i posted a video awhile back of me getting a double pump headshot.... 2 guys in the head 1 shot, with a pump shot gun... it was amazing
